Parties & Rentals


Parties at Pinebrook can be held during open hours and select private times after hours.

Any party guests that are not members of Pinebrook must have a Guest Liability Waiver completed and on file.

Parties during Open Hours

Holding a party during our open hours is an exclusive Pinebrook Member benefit.  With this type of party you are sharing the pool with others, but have your own area on the pool deck reserved for 2 hours maximum. The cost of this party is $100 plus lifeguard fees.   

​​Private Parties during After Hours

Holding a private party during after hours is an exclusive Pinebrook Member benefit.  You would not be sharing the pool as this is an extended private party reserving use of the entire pool.  This type of party is only available on Mondays and with 4 hour minimum. The cost of this party is $300 plus lifeguard fees.
